shmups.system11.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=35661This listing. Specifically, Mr. Price and his overlays. I was not a collector in '99-00, so I did not experience this guy. In brief google research, I have only read rumblings he ripped a bunch of people off and disappeared. Likely, but true? I would love to see the Patriots overlay. Which other homebrews would you like overlays for? (can't say all of them haha)

I mentioned my V-Frogger overlay idea elsewhere the other day (the water part being blue, and the home bay, middle and starting section green so your frog will be green [at least temporarily ], although I'd like to modify it by saying rather than having the first part being black since you're on a road, just have it be clear since the Vectrex is in black and white anyway, so that's not necessary to color that part). Dondzila never made overlays, but what he probably meant was that you can go here, to the Archive, click on screenshots and scroll all the way down to the bottom and check out those simulated screens/overlay shots there. Patriots is one of them. (Note: hey, looks like someone had the same idea for my V-Frogger one there!)

Yes, but I guess my question is: did Tony Price actually produce uncut sheets of homebrew overlays? If so, how many are still around/can I still get them? The All Good Things, (different) Dark Tower, V-Frogger, Omega Chase, Patriots, Rockaroids, and Spike Hoppin' are all very cool overlays. I'd never clicked on those screenshots before. From that page...what is this hardcase for? (top left hand corner): www.atarihq.com/vectrex/VectrexStuff.jpg

Yes, but I guess my question is: did Tony Price actually produce uncut sheets of homebrew overlays? Dunno, hadn't heard of that guys' name in Vectrex circles before. Wow, maybe a cartridge case? Might've been one of the many Vectrex things in the pipeline that could've been if it wasn't for the crash
