...and the recipient of #004 will probably review this week as well. I'll make a mini review too for my website, but I can't remember what the serial number is and so don't know when I'm likely to get it.

Seriously... I thought these were supposed to ship in August/September. Getting frustrated...

Sorry that you're beginning to feel frustrated. I can't ship these any faster so you might as well get a refund. I'm not going to have all 150 of these shipped quickly. It simply will not happen. Would you like a full refund at this point? There's nothing else I can do. I'm not going to quickly send yours out ahead of anyone else's, not that you're suggesting that. I admit I'm slow at getting these out, but I'm also manufacturing Overdrive Controllers and programming Hellhole and preparing Vectrosis Controllers and doing pre-production artwork on Purgatory and Night Trucker and programming Tail Gunner 2012 and continuing work on I, Cyborg II and processing Sectis-Zantis-WOTW-Sundance orders and manufacturing VSB games for GDG...all this, and more, usually between the hours of 10pm and 1am. Yes, I've spread myself thin, all for the love of the Vectrex, and for the Vectrex fans out there, who usually understand that I have a family and a regular job and do this in my spare time as quickly as I can but never quickly enough. Please understand and give me some space. Everyone will get their packages. Please have patience, your package will arrive. If "frustration" and "hurry up" are what you're thinking, then I think you misunderstand the plight of the homebrew author. It isn't all fun At 12 midnight when I'm soldering green buttons and I'm already lacking sleep from the night before, I do question myself. This happens quite often, actually it happens nightly. What I need right now is for those awaiting packages to adopt the notion of "when it gets here, it gets here". I promise you that I'm not being lazy. I assure you that it takes me a dedicated 3 hours to produce each and every Overdrive Controller from scratch. But it's worth it. It's worth it when TrekMD likes the controller so much that he writes a whole article about it and scores it 10/10! Or when someone sends me a private email telling me that Hyperchase is actually a lot of fun to play! A game that they wrote off as garbage decades ago when they were just a kid. That's why I do this. Thanks for reading my boring response. I am not angry at anyone for complaining on forums, or sending emails, or any of that. I expect that. I am late. I am slow. But just know that I am always processing orders, and yours will come up when it comes up, and I'll email you and let you know that it's on its way. Thank you.

I'd probably buy his copy if he opts for the refund! I'm sure it's a lower number than mine if he's expecting to have received it by now. I'm sure I can find a use for two eventual copies of Warrior. ... Heh I'm not suggesting you'd have any trouble at all finding somebody for that copy, when it is otherwise sold out. But I'd love to take his place in line . Also, like I said, I could handle buying the TWO.

like I said, I could handle buying the TWO. Not looking for a quick ebay buck on the spare, I should hope not. Hey Fury. If it's sold and then it's not, does that mean you've got a pre-owned copy? I'll give you 20 quid for it, if it's in good condition. (Don't worry about the overlay ) Actually Fury, if you're reading this, you shouldn't be. You haven't got time to go to work, look after your family and keep all the Vectrex community happy. Nose to the grind-stone.

Hey Fury. If it's sold and then it's not, does that mean you've got a pre-owned copy? It doesn't sound like it to me. MAJOR HAVOC didn't ask for a refund, George just offered him one if he was interested.

Not looking for a quick ebay buck on the spare, I should hope not. No. Perhaps a fair trade in the distant future though. err eh, but if I am desperate enough some day I wouldn't feel bad making a small profit on this. Also though it makes me nervous having only one copy of an irreplaceable game. Especially in this instance where the overlay is required and there will never be an adequate ROM substitute. I definitely intend to PLAY this game, but I will be nervous about damaging it. ... which reminds me: I remember someone posting in this thread weeks ago that he had received his copy but hadn't tried it out yet. ? We'd all like to know.

I got mine yesterday, #004. Looks great! Haven't played it yet (my Vectrex is at work and didn't want to damage the box first day out, haahaha). ??
