Some playing on the Play Your Vectrex day. I had a N.E.L.S. score of 274 but when resetting to see the title screen plus the highscore the highscore was also reset.

Yeah, that's annoying. Other than on emulation, I had only played Hyperchase once ever in my life at a Sears once and didn't know your time isn't saved, unlike most Vectrex games, on the title screen. Once I finally qualified the other night, I went to get the camera and found out the hard way it won't save your time. #@!#!

The organisator of the Vector War believed me but he explained that counting a score without photoproof would be against the rules.

Mhhh Coleco1981 is getting much better every year, but I am getting just older...    (Just a joke...)

In the meantime I don't know, if I hate Berzerk or if I love it... But it's often unfair, when the enemies starting their rapid fire immediatelly after you enter in a new room/level. After 8000 points it's a matter of luck, how long you survive...

The percentages for Dark Tower look off. I have a lower score than Lady Eklipse but a higher percentage.

Yeah Berserk doesn't seem to have a smooth difficulty curve. It get impossibly hard out of nowhere with the robots shooting crazy fast. I'm not crazy about hyperchase either with the super sensitive controls it has. This is a challenging assortment of games. Still trying to figure out some of them. Dark Tower took a while to get used to the shooting sequence and I had to find the manual to start to figure out the goal of the game. Polar Rescue trying to figure out. I never really pushed myself to get far in Minestorm and I'm enjoying that now.

As the instructions state, you have to say when you used a non-original Vectrex controller, which I did here, as mine got to the point where firing straight down doesn't always work; you usually end up firing at a down/left diagonal. Helped too. Oh well, it's not going to last forever.
