Well there's definitely something suspicious if it takes 4-8 weeks to refund someone's money. I even forget how much this thing costs - what is it somewhere between $60-$75?
I'll never do business with this person again.

I've been told to keep quiet on this matter by admins and friends alike, but TBH the whole situation has soured me on what (I thought was) a close-knit, trusting, small community. You don't see me around much...well this is why. I am so thankful I was able to pull out of this sour deal and get my money back. I have almost everything worthwhile regarding Vectrex, and Warrior would have been a nice addition. However, anyone who witnessed (because I made it public) the absolutely terrible customer service I received (over a YEAR AGO), regarding Warrior, would agree that...something is a little off here. That copy he sold for $355 ABSOLUTELY should have been sent to the next waiting person in line. There really is no excuse. This situation is sad and must be taken care of immediately...honestly the community was asking for thievery (not an accusation, just a notion), dishing out such ridiculous prices for 'rarities'. As it stands, George is not playing it smart by giving vague descriptions of NO REFUNDS, and he might be better suited being more vocal on the matter of how he is going to fix this problem. Otherwise, all of you paying customers have every right to start getting a little mad. This isn't good ethics: business, personal, or otherwise. I've been told to keep quiet on this matter by admins and friends alike, Not really, just as long as there isn't anything purposely baiting people with and all, which there isn't any of that going on in here. Everyone's pretty much in agreement of how ridiculously long this entire ordeal's gone on and all. However, anyone who witnessed (because I made it public) the absolutely terrible customer service I received (over a YEAR AGO), regarding Warrior, would agree that...something is a little off here. I'm sure all of us are wondering what is "off" in regards to the whole situation...we might never know.

I do remember the original situation with Des pretty well, given that I was new to the forum and it was the first controversy I witnessed here. Everyone is well within their rights to feel slighted, especially with the details of this new refund policy coming to light. Everyone who purchased Warrior did so when Fury offered an unconditional money-back guarantee; it seems to me that Fury should, and hopefully would, honor the old refund policy for Warrior. It looks like he's kept his word so far.

I just sent fury an email and asked if he can reallocate your copy to me. Just an adress change wouldnt work since there are several people living in my house. So lets see if he agrees. If he does I will paypal you your money rmaerz as soon as we have the ok. Howdy- How did the address change plan work out? Thanks, -Jason

When I sent my original email to Fury asking for my refund, I got a speedy response - like within hours. The person on these forums that wanted to take my place in line sent Fury an email - I don't know if they ever got a response. I sent Fury an email stating that someone was interested in taking my copy and that it would be OK ONLY IF I CONFIRM that I have been Paypal'd. I did not receive a response to that email and it's been at least a week. The fact that I have to wait 4 to 8 weeks for a Paypal refund on Warrior is absolute bullsh*t! Phuck this guy...I'll never do business with this guy again and I'll recommend people stay away from this guy. You have all been warned.

There had been people around here in the forum who didn't care or who didn't realize what is wrong and right when you had the dispute with George. Now, looking back and with the current background, I think things are clearer. As already written in those old posts George probably has his reasons for his behaviour which we might not know and understand, and judge. After all he should conduct business in a professional way and refund people if they want to. Actually, one thing that REALLY annoyed me is the affair with the Vectorcade replicas. I think almost the whole community here did quite some harm to Brett Wallach (designer and creator of the Vectorcade) by not taking a clear side. But that's all old storys that have effect on the present but cannot be changed anymore. And perhaps the Vectrex communiy learns from those stories and acts differently in the future.
